ESSHI Clinical Director We are currently seeking a ESSHI Clinician Director to join our Affordable Housing Team working with individuals and families in an affordable housing setting in Orange and Sullivan counties. This position will provide both administrative and clinical leadership, including direct services for the people we support. The job responsibilities require intensive support; crisis prevention and intervention, advocacy & follow up services, supervision and training of staff, as well as coordinating services with other community providers, and helping individuals and families access and develop their own natural supports in their communities. Experience with Motivation Interviewing and What Matters to you approach is relevant. The position collaborates with OCDMH, DCDMH and Sullivan County Family Services as well as service providers within each community. The Clinical Director teaches, role models and inspires excellence in customer service with internal and external partners. Qualifications: - Licensed Therapist (LMSW/LMHC) Clinical field - Some evenings required with occasional weekends as needed - Experience with economically disadvantaged population. - Experience with substance use/abuse. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in providing supervision a plus. - Must have valid Driver's License Education: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $60k+ Annual Associated topics: behavioral health, case, clinical, counselor, family, hcpc, lcsw, rww, social service, social worker
