Registered Behavioral technicians (RBT s, also known as ABA therapists) atAchieving True Self (ATS)use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide 1:1 direct services of the utmost quality in family homes and community settings. We meet families where they are. Our therapists create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance from the individuals we are fortunate to serve, collect data on their programming targets, and provide comprehensive support to their parents and caregivers, teachers, and other members of their treatment team.

What Qualifications Do I Need to Join the ATS Team?:At the minimum, a High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor's Degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of psychology, child development, educations and/or special education, or a related field is preferredCompassionate demeanor, with a strong desire to help children and adolescents develop, maximizing their potential and capitalizing on their strengthsA drive to be part of an innovative, expanding company with amazing potential for growthPrevious experience providing ABA or working with youth who have autismA valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is requiredExperience with ASL preferred, but not requiredSpanish fluency is a plus
