The College offers graduate programs attentive to the needs of vulnerable populations, including children and families of adversity and the needs of specific populations such as Latinos and veterans, as well as organizations and leaders on the forefront of creating social change. WJC is currently seeking a VISTA Member who can provide capacity-building support to develop and implement a behavioral health workforce development program to serve children, adolescents and families from historically marginalized backgrounds. Ideal candidates are individuals who have an interest in working in underserved communities; and a strong commitment to serving minority, first-generation, immigrant or low-income groups.
