The Division Coordinator performs a broad range of administrative tasks, including record management, in support of the Youth and Residential Services (YRS) Division adding a high level of administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director, directors, Associate Directors and Managers.

As part of the division of Youth & Residential Services, this position will be counted on and included in providing services to participants at the program sites and will assist the programs in every aspect of programming operations. The individual in this position is expected to report to and perform assigned service-related duties at the program sites for all relevant reasons including influxes in the census, staffing shortages, emergencies and training's, among others.




Job Requirements:
  • Resolve compliance issues and/or understand customer compliance requirements
  • Assist management to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Remain compliant with new regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ensure continued compliance with ISO
  • Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations
  • Coordinate all compliance audits and inspections
  • Perform desk audits hospital compliance issues
  • Organize compliance documentation into the new compliance SharePoint system
  • Renewed in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory deliverables and other requirements
  • Implementing the procedures established in the compliance management policy to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure are in compliance with contract requirements
  • Continued and strengthened regulatory compliance./li

  • Coordinate other compliance related duties
  • Perform other compliance related activities
  • Assist the compliance officers to meet regulatory requirements, including maintaining the compliance data base
