Demonstrate excellence in classroom management skills
Establish strong relationships with students and their families
Must be committed to student achievement and use data to drive instruction
Competency in use of educational technology tools
Promote safety in the classroom and encourage school-wide positive behavior initiatives
Must hold or be working towards a valid teacher license in the subject and/or grade level for the state in which you are applying for.
Proven track record of assisting students with academic gains
Candidates with experience working with at-risk students preferred, if applicable to the school
Must be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive learning community is established
