NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to oversee one of its community based programs locations in Haverhill, MA.. NFI's Foundations for Families program provides home based treatment, community based outreach, comprehensive assessment, counseling, case coordination, and crisis intervention services for youths and families. Services and service intensity are highly individualized to meet the unique and varying needs of each youth/family. Services include, In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, DMH Flex Services, and DCF Family Stabilization Services.. Each service delivery type can operate as a \"stand alone\" or it can be effectively integrated into larger service plans involving other services and providers such as hospitals, state agencies, outpatient services, residential treatment programs and other community based programs.. Job Responsibilities:. Overall planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical services.. Provide individual, group, and dyad supervision according to agency standards.. Work collaboratively with the program director to ensure the program is aligned with agency mission, vision, and values.. Providing program specific orientation, training and support to new staff.. Attend collateral, provider, and treatment team meetings as needed.. Maintain relationships with both youth/families and funding sources.. Clinically assess new referrals and oversee the development of individual treatment plans.. Prepare for and participate in utilization meetings with multiple funders in collaboration with the program director.. Attend stakeholder meetings for all geographic regions covered.. Crisis response and management for families enrolled in the program.. Review client records, providing feedback, to ensure quality and compliance.. Facilitate and/or coordinate clinical in-service trainings in collaboration with the program director.. Participation in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation for program ensuring familiarity with all program emergency procedures.. Support and promote agency and funding source initiatives to continuously improve service delivery outcomes.. Job Requirements:. Independent license to practiced issued by that state of MA -LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.. Previous supervisory experience preferred.. Previous experience working with youth and families population required.. Previous experience in home/community-based work preferred.. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written.). Some knowledge of the ARC model and Wraparound preferred but not required.. A flexible schedule is required. The position is primarily Monday through Friday with varying daytime and evening hours..
