We do this important and compelling work through eight full-facility branches, a multi-site child care branch; a branch serving families experiencing homelessness and a branch that operates residential/non-residential programs for adolescents. The Old Colony YMCA has over a $60 million operating budget and approximately 2,000 employees. Our corporate offices are located in Brockton, MA.

We are seeking a cause-driven leader to serve on our Clinical Service Leadership team as our Mental Health Clinic Director. He/She will be responsible for overseeing onsite clinical operations and quality management in support of the Old Colony Y’s mission and strategic goals.

Job Summary:
Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical service short and long-term goals in compliance with DPH, MBHP and all applicable state and federal licensing agencies.
Identify and develop additional sources of revenue for the Mental Health Clinic, i.e. referrals, grants, RFP’s, in collaboration with Old Colony Leaders and Partners.
Serve as clinical advisor for contract development, negotiation and clinical billing management.
Lead and develop a diverse clinical staff team of psychiatric professionals and interns.

LMHC or LICSW required.
Director must maintain a current license through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the field of mental health, social work, psychology, or psychiatry.
He/she must have had at least five years of full-time, supervised clinical experience subsequent to obtaining a Master's degree. Three of these years of experience must have been in a management and administrative capacity..

Director must ensure the overall operations of the Old Colony Y by demonstrating teamwork and accepting additional responsibilities as assigned.

Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
Highly-developed time management skills

Salary commensurate with experience.
