PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Sports and Event Operations Duties: Learn how to promote and operate baseball tournaments and other special events. You will be immersed in the scheduling, execution, and management of all baseball activities.
Marketing/Communications Duties: Work alongside the Marketing Director to allocate marketing dollars for different media outlets, create on-campus social media and Facebook campaigns, edit and update the BPA website, identify potential sponsors, negotiate sponsorships, special event management, and more.
Food and Beverage Duties: Learn how to conduct inventory, daily operations, and special event catering and party preparations. Concessions account for over 20% of the facility budget and is vital to the success of the facility.
Hospitality Duties: Participate in operations involving the on-site experience of the teams, including team registration, lodging, meals, swag bag, photography, gift shop, concessions, and special events including Opening Ceremony.
