The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role will be in working with a diverse population of youth from the foster care and juvenile justice systems at the Dobbs Ferry residential campus. Duties will include prescribing psychotropic drugs in accordance with the policies / procedures of Psychiatry Department. Assists the clinical team in developing a treatment plan for the child and his family including psychiatry, psychology, and social issues. Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or certification in Psychiatry with experience with children and adolescents.
DEA certification required.
