As a Master's Level Therapist, you will work in a children's residential program in Atco, Camden County, NJ. The community home houses youth boys ages 13-17 who have mental health and developmental disabilities.


* Provide on-going clinical case management services;

* Complete intake assessments on new consumers;

* Document all pertinent case information;

* Maintain client records;

* Attend and participating in treatment team meetings;

* Assist in the development of the treatment plan;

* Provide individual, family and group therapy;

* Develop and if appropriate, coordinating the discharge plans for consumers;

* Provide supervision to direct care staff;

* Facilitate necessary service linkages and referrals;

* Assist in the development of relevant staff training programs;

* Be available to consumers and staff on a 24 hour basis during emergencies.

* An earned Master's Degree in clinical social work, psychology, sociology or its equivalent

* Must hold an active New Jersey license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

* If not independently licensed, you must be a Master's level licensed practitioner under the direct on-site supervision of NJ clinically licensed practitioner with documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in the provision of youth mental health services
