The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking energetic and responsible individuals to work as a Youth Program Specialists for our summer sports camp programs.

Sports Camp Youth Program Specialists have the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of youth in our community. We are looking for dependable role models who love to have fun! As a Sports Camp Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the well-being of your campers and providing a safe, engaging environment for them.
Successful candidates must be 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED.
Counselors must have at least six months of youth development experience.
Program Specialists must have demonstrated experience and skills in applicable program specialty.
College level courses and CPR/AED/First Aid are highly desirable.
