Summary of the Position: This position is responsible to provide direct support for the Mercer County, PA program and program director. Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day to day operations of the program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the client intake/referral process for services. This position oversees the behavioral health service as it relates to client case management and providing community outreach and support. The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit.Required Qualifications:
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred with commensurate experience in community-based agency programs except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree. At a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets. Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in the provision of home and community-based services is a plus. Willing to consider non-degreed applicant with 2 5 years of experience.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance limits of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability.
