Kilbarachan Residential Treatment Center is Residential treatment center for high-risk adolescent males ages 12-17 with behavioral challenges and mental health issues.
Residential Clinician to provide individual assessments and individual, family and group therapy to children, and youth.
Work in cooperation with residential team and other providers.
Provide crises intervention and case management.
To provide individual, group and family (psychotherapy- psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, task centered, psychosocial and or crisis intervention) to clients, their families and support systems. Requirements Strong clinical skills in observation and intervention with children and adolescents.
Patience and understanding of good relational models of treatment.
Current New Jersey LSW required, LCSW preferred
One (1) to two (2) years of experience with family systems, is preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Work Schedule: Full time, Mondays-Fridays 9AM-5PM. Will require Weekends and evening. Schedule may vary dependent on needs of client and family.
All new hires are required to attend a week orientation: Monday through Monday 8:45AM-4:00PM, upon hire.
